From property and lease management through to full financials, the aim is a single system of record for how a real estate business actually runs, rather than a patchwork of tools that have to be stitched together later. In our experience that "one platform" approach is where a lot of its value comes from, because operations and accounting are working off the same data instead of reconciling between systems.
It covers both residential and commercial operations, which makes it a strong fit for mixed portfolios and for groups that do not want a different system per asset type. For European real estate companies it covers the core operational and financial areas most operators rely on across those portfolios.
What stands out
- Support and documentation. Response times are fast and there is a large library of accessible online guides, so teams can self-serve a lot of day-to-day questions.
- Upgrades on your terms. Updates are applied based on the business's requirements rather than forced. You are not pushed to jump to the latest version immediately. That flexibility is useful for stability, but it cuts both ways: staying on an older version too long can mean missing improvements, so it is a decision to make deliberately.
- ETL and data handling. The file-based ETL functionality is very capable, which makes moving data in and out, and integrating with other tools, far less painful than on some platforms.
- Databases and backups. You can run multiple databases (for example per project or entity) with daily backups, a real strength for larger or multi-project operators who need isolation and recoverability.
